NO Sevice from Eskom

It is sad that we had to go to this extreme measures to hopefully get some reaction out of Eskom. Our power in 2nd street Rivonia is off since Wednesday afternoon 13 November 2019.. Various calls to Eskom seems to be ignored. What is the next step ?? Get Pres. Cyril involved ??
