No service from Eskom!!

I've experienced the worse services from the Eskom at Midway at Mapetla hub, I've paid the required amount on the 7th of September 2023 due to no having a meter box and was promised that the issue will be resolved. it's been a month and one week, I've been taken from pillar to post and nothing has been done The issue always gets closed off and when I go to enquire they open it up again and say they are escalating the issue. I've been in communication with Vusi Maphalala who supposedly always despatches technicians, who NEVER come. Vusi Maphalala does not answer his phone I always have to go to the offices and in the past week I've been there three times. This business deserves no ratings.
