No Service

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the ongoing power outage in our area and the damaged electricity box that has not been attended to for weeks.

Despite multiple days/weeks without electricity, no proper assistance or communication has been provided to us as paying customers. We continue to purchase electricity and pay for services, yet we are left without power and without any urgency from your side to resolve the issue.

The damaged electricity box has caused major inconvenience and frustration for our household/community. Living without electricity for such a long period has affected our daily lives, safety, and ability to carry out normal activities. It is extremely disappointing that no effective action has been taken despite the matter being ongoing for weeks.

We request immediate attention to this matter and urgent repairs to restore electricity supply. Customers deserve better communication, faster response times, and proper service delivery.

Logged faults show they have been resolved, yet no one from Eskom has ever attended to the location.

This situation is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. We are residents of Protea Glen Extension 2, Parsley Street, Soweto, Gauteng, and we have been without electricity for over TWO WEEKS now.How is it possible that a similar issue happened just a few streets away, and today Eskom arrived there with THREE vehicles to sort out their problem immediately, while our area continues to be ignored? What about us? Do we not matter as paying customers? There are about 20 houses currently without electricity while other neighbours around us have power. Every affected household has logged faults and has reference numbers, yet absolutely nothing is being done. To make matters worse, when we approached Eskom employees for assistance, we were told they are “not allocated” to attend to our request. What kind of ******* response is that?We buy electricity, we pay for services, but when we need assistance, we are ignored and treated like we do not matter. This level of poor service delivery is unacceptable, disrespectful, and unfair to the entire community. We demand urgent intervention and immediate repairs
