no service delivery

We had app**** for electricity supply from eskom in 2010, we waited untill 2012 there was nothing happening, so we decided to do another application we got a different ref number, which we have been using for follow up only to find that ref belongs to someone in Kzn,(***) then i was given another one <br> (***) which i believe is the cause of the delay, i demand clarity from Eskom. Application is for N <br> Qhwalani ***. Its so dissappointing dealing with such *********** service delivery from a company like Eskom, yet they still want to increase electric terrifs.
