no service bad service

At 14:00 i phoned eskom customer service to log a problem on our line. One of the eskom poles with transformer infront of our small holding has fallen over into our trees. Ref ********** 79. At 15:00 i see smoke and sparks coming from the powerlines and i phone eskom again. A very rude lady says that i have to wait 4 hours before asking for an update, i explain that the powerlines are on fire and im afraid that the transformer will burn. She tells me she will escalate the matter to a superviser. At 18:00 eskom phones to ask if power has been restored, i say power was never off, but the powerline, pole and transformer is still in trees. She says she will report it. 19:52 case has been closed and powerline, transformer and pole is still laying on the trees and eskom has not shown up to fix it. A storm is now coming up and i am afraid that we will have damage from the pole and transformer that is still in our trees. Are any one still working at eskom? Or will i have to phone you every 4 hours until someone decides to fix the pole. This is a serious safety risk and can cost eskom thousands if the transformer blows, so why do i have to plead for someone to do their job?
