No service

I have reported an electricity problem for my neighbour on 24th Dec 2020 ref *** I was told she will be assisted within 7hrs but if she didn't get help I must follow up within 4 hrs I did that but nothing is happening,I called on Friday again they told me that they only service emergencies on weekend,

Im really angry with the bad service,and we even got sms today that the team is on the field but no artisan cam and assisted,can we get a service from Bulembu office in King William's Town.
