No Service!

<p>For the past month I have been calling Eskom and have different Ref. no.s on my phone informing them of the live conductor that is less 2m high in a rural residential areas where people do not have much knowledge about the dangers of such a conductor and it is hanging just above a resident's fence. Everytime when I called I am told the call was closed because I was nobody around but that is not true, my phone numbers are forever taken and I am always being informed that they will send me correspondence and the query is forever escalated to the supervisor but nothing is being done even today, there is one case of shock reported regarding the line. Ref.s ********** 09, ********** 43, ********** 58, ********** 32, I am unable to retrace the last 2 reference numbers. Eskom must know that there is nothing valuable than a human life especially for our chidlren and if this continues we will soon have casualties if they are not there already.</p>
