no service

Our mine was running well unfortunatly we had a voltage drop, i reported the mater(ref no***) at 11h00, at aprox 22h00 i received a phonecall from the technician, stating he will be in the next morning to attend to the problem. Some adjustments were made, because the power was in order the next morning, the technician did not come.today the 11/12/2015 the same problem, occurred, i reported it at 10h30 (refno38159) i followed up at aprox 15h00, the technicians came at, aprox 15h50. I was told to wait while they investigate, i received a call, stating that there is nothing to be done, and by increasing the voltage other, transformers, would be affected, on the line, in responce to my question, if we sould close the mine, because of inadiquate power? The technician responded by saying don't talk to us like that! He said good by and rang off. You can't run a 400v motor at 378v. Please assist us as we are losing production.<br>
