No service

I have never seen such poor, pathetic service in my life. Each year is the same problem with this people. I have logged a query ref ********** 83, which am told its been closed cz the power is been restored. No power is been restored, I call the call center and no one is willing to help all I'm told is that they will escalate. Are we not getting the service cz we staying in diepsloot. Each year is the same thing. And the call center agent are very rude and inconsiderate.
