No Service

I am unable to reach Eskom telephonically. Plenty of emails and sms's to their customer service has reference. it is now a week since I reported a fault on my line at the farm - my animals are without drinking water as I am unable to pump water for them. Will Eskom compensate me for animals that are dying of thirst ? You can phone and phone hold on for hours nobody answers and emails and sms's are just ignores - what should I do?
