No response from Eskom for new electric boc

My Fran's house burnt and I have been contacting Eskom as from the 26 Feb 2022 to have the box replaced. Till today I have not received any update with one call closed before the issue was resolved now with new ref *** being told it is being updated as from the 3 May 2022
