no refund

<p>i have been paying eskom the concentional way. then suddenly the electricity was converted to prepaid without prior notice and we only noticed when we stayed 2 days without current. when we called eskom we were told to fetch the meterbox from midway and the money that was paid will be refunded. on the 12 April 2016 iwas emeiled a proof of bankng details form that i filled and returned the same day. i was informed that the money will be refunded within 21 days... to date the money is still outstanding and there has been no communication what so ever from eskom.</p>
