No power supply for 3 days

Good day,<br> <br> We are experiencing power outage in Hurlingham EXT 5 since 8/09/2015 and City power / Eskom don't seem paying enough attention to the meter. (It is not connected to load shedding)<br> <br> Details: <br> No Supply (The power is on and off since 8/09/2015. On 8/09 it was off at 5pm and back on 9/09 at 12:05pm. Than on 10/09 it was gone again at around 4:30am and back at 10pm same day. 11/09 off again at 7:45am ... )<br> <br> So last night 10/09/2015 we drove pass the electrical station and generator was giving a smoke and no work happening on that side while consultants keep on telling us that they have replaced the generator. Workers left the station at 6pm on 10/09/2015 stating that they shift is over regardless of the emergency meter!<br> <br> We don't know how else can we push this higher than the consultants at City Power and receive appropriate attention and help.
