NO POWER SUPPLIER IN SMALL FARMS EVATON FOR A WEEK

We haven't had an electricity since Thursday 3rd of August 2017. Only our section has been switched in MILNER ROAD however JOUBERT Street area (SMALL FARMS, EVATON) and the church by us at MOLOI resident has had power cut since forever but we are in the same street and neighbourhood, how so? Now only our section suffers from this so called load shedding and whenever Eskom personnel comes and fixes connections the minute they leave, the power leaves again or we end up receiving very low power that slllows only the lights to switch on, with all appliances affected including our geysers. Calls are logged and reference numbers issued but the staff takes forever to come and investigate the problem and fix, otherwise we get told that our file or calls have been closed with bad attitude. Now we have food in fridges which is getting spoilt which we cant afford in this junk status, we can't charge phones and laptops for work purposes, and some of us have babies and their food must be boiled and must be bathed too without boiled hot water. We're taking cold baths which Eskom's Top Management will not handle for a day incl. their families. We're calling out to Eskom's Top management incl. the CEO to attend to our complaint urgently, and NOT the mickey mouse team. It's unfair that ONLY a specific group of houses be without power whilst the entire neighbourhood is not experiencing any power cut-offs. Please get this resolved for the Residents affected urgently
