No power only at our house

I stay Khayelitsha at I section noludwe street, we have not had electricity since 27th of July and we called we went and we were told 1 story to the other with no solution to the problem we just get reference number left right and centre. On Monday finally people came to fix the electricity but they left saying they will be back yesterday coz they need to dig i waited the whole day for them to come back but no 1 came today someone by the name of Gordon buzzed my niece when she called back there is no answer but only thing we got now it’s a new reference 🙆🏽♀️. What are we supposed to do Eskom why are we not getting service on a basic human need called electricity who do we need to contact to get help.
