No power. Not loadshedding related.

Our power has been off since Friday evening! It's not related to loadshedding. Technicians have not come out to fix the issue despite numerous complaints in the Swartland area. How long must we wait for power to be restored? How long must we wait for the food in our fridges and freezers to go off???? This is not acceptable. Alfred chatbot is not helpful! And customer service puts you in a queue of 60 odd people on the line. If this problem continues, people will take this further and start suing Eskom. Technicians need to be sent urgently. People need to eat, people need to work.
