No power I'm helpless

I'm so hurt infact I'm frustrated and i don't know what to do anymore, my mom stays at orange farm but she doesn't have electricity since june but she's buying it, what makes the matter worse is that people who are working at eskom are working hand in hand with ******* who are *****ing cables, fuse etc and people who are suffering most are elderly and disabled one because these ******* people demand money from them in the name of fixing the problem but they don't, my mom was hospitalized in July because of this I've logged so many calls to eskom all I get is the stupid references, I'm paying solar installments because of eskom *******ion I need help
