No power for over 100 hours

Power went out on friday night 05/02/2022 with load shedding. Woke up Saturday morning with what we thought was still load shedding, but power still has not been on for a small group of properties in President park. Faults have been logged and when following it up earlier found out that they have cleared the issue saying its been fixed but still no power. It's been nearly 100 hours of no power when I'm writing this and still no way forward with eskom.
