no power for 3 days now

I stay in 20 7 th street Vrededorp and we have had no power for 3 days if I don't pay eskom they take legal action but what happens if they don't give service can I take legal action there is no laod shedding scheduled and all power from 8 street is working I have made a total of 7 calls to eskom and they just saying they are working on it does it 3 days to fix the problem ref number CTWEB 665952 and ref ***5
