No power for 3 days (Eskom)

I logged a fault at Eskom on 2022/04/19 19:30 refnr *** about my power being off.

Yet today 2022/04/22 @ 18:00 I am still with out electricity and no one of Eskom showed up.

I call on a daily basis and I am just being told they will send someone.

This is really unacceptable
