no power but I pay!

<p>i have been experiencing power failure for 5 years yet I have been paying electricity without fail.i went to Eskimo offices several times to report same problem but nothing has been done. They came once to disconnect for those connected *******ly but the very same Eskom employees come to connect for them.question is I pay but get in convinced buy those that don't pay. How fair is that though?</p>
