No power!!!

What a service received from the agents from the customer care line Dudu I stayed on the line for more than 15min requesting for her line manager or supervisor apparently they not available so shocking.

We have not been having electricity since yesterday afternoon around 3 till now bear in mind I leave with patiners who need to drink their medication.

I have been calling been made a fool am so tired and unhappy with the type of service am receiving whilst we buy electricity every month or week .

I need this attendant urgently,Eskom is really failing us worse agents talk to you like they doing u a favour what!!
