No power

We having power cuts on a daily even 3times in a single day, in which is bad for our electrical appliances. We now resorted to endangering our own lives to manually going to the circuit breaker and lifting it so we can have power. The local eksom technicians(sharpeville) know the problem and do nothing about it. I lived with my grandma who is very elderly and needs to cooked for so she can take her medication. What do we do about this situation.
