No Power

I called Eskom several times now still no response it's been 1 week now all they want is our money's and yet they can't fix our problems 300 from each house for a tripping transformer imagine and it's happening every 2 or 3 times in month ppl from Eskom put wrong meter boxes when u call Eskom they say it's not ur box after paying money for the box to be replaced u ask them to come fix the matter even today no help
