No power

I got a poor service from eskom sebokeng we didn't have electric since friday , Saturday technician came he didn't to nothing told my neighbor that I should have left the keys problem it was not my box inside the house it was transformer at the end they want people to buy electric but when you face problems you are on you on until now we don't have electric they are telling me that technician are working Monday to Saturday imagine if you have a problem Sunday and than what. People that are buying are the one that are suffering this is not on .
