No power

I've had power outage in my house since Sunday morning, when I call Eskom they're telling me that I'm a low buyer my meter number needs to be audited. Off which there's only 2 of us in that house and we don't use electricity that much, I'm not sure what we're supposed to do. Our house is the only house without electricity. Eskom Khayelitsha Nonwabisi branch your service sucks.
