No Notice, **** explanation

So as per norm we have load shedding within our area, going onto their site checking the times, then you get home expecting the norm, load shedding at 6pm and lasts until 8:30pm, what happens... Load shedding started at 6pm and lasted until 11:30pm - what the hell. It's not like electricity is getting any cheaper, they've had an upgrade seen that we've spend billion, however we still taking **** like this... We need people on the board who knows how to use a thing called \Your Brain".<br> People come home from work"
