NO HELP WHATSOEVER

We used the incorrect Ref number on the proof of payment on 04.01.2015. It is 16.02.2015 on there is still no re allocation of this payment. Our electricity has been cut of recently after they promised that it will not happen. It is totally ridiculous and our account is now in arrears with one big amount. All thank to Eskom. I spoke to so many people and still nothing!!!
