No Help What So Ever

I have reported the electricity issue multiple times and there has been no resolution. I was advised that the matter had been resolved however the problem still persists.

I reported that everyday from 18h00 the electricity in our block the power trips. The matter was handled by Elrina on the 8th Aug 2017 who logged the incident and gave me the Ref: ********** 11. A Technician did come through and advised that everything was okay. The following day the problem was back.

I then reported the matter again to a lady namely Nondwe on the 11th August 2017. She said that she was unable to log the indecent I then asked to speak to the supervisor and she placed me on hold for over 10 minutes and came back to report that her supervisor was unable to take the call because he/she was going to meeting. She advised that she would log a complaint and I was not given a reference for the call.

I technician still has not been sent out and the problem still persists. This has damaged some of the appliances in the house which now cost a small fortune to replace/mend.

May i ask that this be attended to with the highest priority.
