No help....

My name is Lele from Braamfisherville phase 1 Leru Street, we havent had electricity for about a month now, the is a cable that burnt and we have been calling eskom to assist us but they are not willing to help, what are really supposed to do because they complained about ******* connections in their boxes but not all of us are doing those things, some of us are good citizens but we are suffering I have a baby and I stay alone in my aunt's house and now it's not safe because we are in the dark with my baby, schools are opening tomorrow and we are still in the dark and some of our neighbors have electricity, the consultants told me about our counselor but he is not even answering his phone, tell me what are supposed to do we trying to do the right things but we are not seen, I am desperate, we are desperately seeking your help please, please find the above reference number, my 4th one
