No health and safety for customers

About 3 months ago a local 5000kva substation had its surrounding security cage damaged by a car. Eskom did not repair the damaged fence, they simply removed it all. So this substation has been open to passing pedestrians, passing traffic, only 2 meters away, and eskom obviously do not care that people will get hurtt
