No health and safety

There is an Eskom substation here in Riebeek West, which had its security fence badly damaged more than 2 months ago. I reported this to Eskom, several times, telling them that the substation was now open to anyone who wished to access it. No health and safety. Their repits consisted of removing the entire security fence. and 2 months later it is still wide open.y
