No eskom service they are pathetic

My electricity is of since Friday i reported the fault with eskom and they told me that they dont work on weekends and i should wait until Monday. Today i phoned them 3 times already and they said that they were here and theres nothing wrong with my electricity but its still off and there was no one here.
