No Eletricity for 8 days

Its been 8 days without electricity in ward 7 Richmond kzn Ekupholeni Area we were told that the fault it's in the transfomer , and they had to do audit which we don't understand how long it takes and the processes,school exams approaching and learners cannot study in the dark,diabetic patient taking injection which needs to be kept in the fridge what is going to happen? There are so many issues besides that safety as it is dark especially women. I would really appreciate of those in charge to communicate with us as to what to do.
