No electricity supply - no contractor on site for

No electricity supply for 3 days going 4 due to a fault on a pole. Each call to the call centre resulted in the contractor is on site. From my home I have not spotted a single contractor and constantly being told that they are attending to the fault. No one has been to site the whole day today...resulting in me having no electricity for days now and mind u if my account is not paid....I have an electricity cut and not forgetting the loss of all my food in the freezer and fridge due to eskom negilence and contractor speaking lies
