No electricity supply for more than a week

My mom lives in Philippi, klipfontein mission station and her electricity supply has been off for more than a week. She has been calling and has been given numerous reference numbers. Friday Eskom came to her to check where the fault is and what must be done so they told her they are returning on Saturday because it was their year end function on Friday and they haven't returned up until today. My mom is a widow and she has suffered 1000s of rands loss in meat and other perishables. I feel this is so unfair and I would like this matter to be attended to or I will put this in the news papers
