No electricity supply for more than a week

My mom stay in Philippi area and has been without electricity supply for more than a week now. Her food has gone off and she has suffered 1000s of rands of loss in meat and other perishables. She is a widow who must now sit in the dark at night she has contacted Eskom numerous times only to be given a reference Nr and told that they will come and attend to the matter and her electricity will be fixed she has bought 100s of rands airtime only to be placed on hold and then given a reference nr yet up until today no one has come to fix the electricity. I feel this is unacceptable for a lady of over 60 to be treated like this.
