No electricity supply and no response on fault reporting for 4days

I've reported a fault with the electricity. After 4days I'm still without electricity. I received 2 reference numbers and made 116 minutes of calls. No technician was despatched or if he was he did not show up for four days still counting. One of my losses is a deep freeze full of rotten meat.
