No electricity since the 20th of January 2023

We have no electricity since the 20th of January 2023. We logged so many calls. Yesterday workers from Eskom came and said they won't be able to assist us until all our neighbors agree to do the audit. We have a wedding this Saturday the 28th and are asking ourselves should we be punished for our neighbors issues since we are loyal customers?
