No electricity since last year

Since last year October with no electricity due to the transformer being struck by lightning at Drieziek 4 Orange Farm (block 6) people from eskom came and demanded R500 per household and it must be at least 60% of the affected area, which we did but till today we have been send from pillor to post, our Councilor keeps saying his going to have a meeting tomorrow but tomorrow never comes.my contact details are ‪***‬ or ‪***‬
