No electricity since 25 December

Bizana Eskom has stop providing services in my area. For the past 7 years we keep experiencing power failure for 1 to 2 weeks in a month no one attends to us. We are even tired of calling because its weist of money. Another thing is that every Christmas from 25 till 29 or 30 December we dont have electricity. Even as Im typimv this the is mo electricity in my place. The saddest part is that we get to watch other people in the same village having elecricity. If the is a problem with our tranfomer why is it not being fixed its been years and nothing is being done.
