No electricity from 25/07/23-to date

This has now become nothing but a joke I have been without electricity since 25/7/23 I have logged a ticket and sent an email with nothing but an automatic email response no communication or update or even a human acknowledgement of my complaint we are now caught between a rock and a hard place as it's been days since my family had the pleasure of enjoying a cooked meal I will go to every social media platforms to expose the level of service received this far it seems that the only time eskom is responsive to there customers is when we threaten to cos havok or proceed with a strike I wait to hear a response from eskom if I even get one
