No Electricity for weeks!

We haven't had electricity in Ivory Park for a whole month now, without electricity our lives are put on hold. Food is getting spoiled, businesses are losing, kids can't iron their school uniforms or eat a warm breakfast or take a good warm bath! Why hasn't the electricity issue been resolved after this long?
