No electricity for over a week

There has been no electricity at home for over a week at home. My mother and 6 other neighbours have had no electricity I have been reporting for them since the 17th and it says the electricians are busy with the fault for a week . The worst thing is they don't have smart phones and not do they know how to report l.Food has gone off in the fridges it's bad.Please help.
