No electricity for over a month

good day , I stay at diepsloot ext 5 ingonyama street , there was a tym were the transformer burst and the eskom came and put the new1 , aftr dat we suffered with no electricity as they connected the line with onother line which overloaded the transformer every now and then we will call dem to come and fix it as it never supp**** the electric to us since den , for a month's they will come and we will have to pay dem bribe on the other words to fix it then they will switch off for other ppl and o the once that paid , we are still sitting on de dak as we dont hv money to bribe and other ppl have electricity next door we called the call center several tyms and nothing is happening please help we are tired of leaving in de dark becaus we don't hav money to bribe this ppl ref number*** and we have a lot of ref numbers
