No electricity for days

We been without electricity since Sunday. Reported via email on Sunday, via web chat on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and the call was closed without the issue being solved. Dear Eskom Team

I would like to report a possible cable theft causing no electricity in two houses in Makhaza. The address is 41223 and 41222 Nyanda Avenue, Makhaza, Khayelitsha 7784 or 146 Nyanda Avenue, Makhaza meter no ***. Can your team please investigate as to what attracts ********* to that eletric pole, because on the 27th of August I was reporting the same thing. Ref ***
