No electricity for a year

Ref Number: 149 130 543. They came and electrify our block and leave about 20 households including me with no electricity and said they will be back but when we make follow-ups, they told us that they need the councillor to give them a budget first. when we engage with the councillor, he told us that government does not give that to less than 100 households. At first when we sign a petition letter, Eskom told us that it has to be signed by at least hundred household for it to be approved. we did that but when they come they electrified and leave 20 houses. Even today they still not yet came. They said we should apply individually which we did and they keep giving me other Ref numbers but they don't come. <br> <br> Please help us
