No electricity for a month bad service from eskom consultant

No electricity for a month when I contacted them today they told me that they will not come and payments must be made first and they advised must go to eskom office to arrange payments firstly I do not know which office is that when I ask which office is that they could not answer last statement I received is for 2007 where must I go now the lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude please help soweto Emdeni south
