No electricity for 8 days now - MTN fibre and Eskom

On Wednesday last week, 16th October MTN, who are digging along my road to install fibre cut my Eskom electricity cable. As I was away and my pet sitter was unsure if this was load shedding and therefore the fault was only first reported on Friday, 18th October. An electrician has been and confirmed that there is no power to my meter, confirming it is an Eskom issue. It is now 24th October and I still have no electricity...
