No electricity for 5 months

Good day I really don't know where to go or who to turn to anymore. I have been visiting eskom offices for the past 4 months for help yet nothing. Calls where logged for a faulty meter and the old man came 3 times and expects me to bribe him to help me. The CSR has tried logging calls and complains but no one cares I havent had electricity for 5 months now, I paid the required fee but still. How do I pay eskom and pay the electrician side money for doing his job. We always talk about traffic cops who are ******* yet eskom employees are more *******, cause when meteres are bridged it is solely done by eskom employees for side money.. so now I have paid eskom but it looks like I won't get anywhere. Complaint was sent through To their supervisor Nkuli Ncube, I also tried contacting the lady but nothing, so hello Peter was my last resort.
